Report from the conference in Prague

. April 13-14, 2024, at Hotel Olsanka.

The conference was organized by Michaela Alali Beitlová from the channel https://www.youtube.com/@michaelaalali, where she talks about microorganisms. She has an online shop where she sells the same products that you know from Poland. About 100 people participated in the conference, including 20 online. I was particularly impressed by the handling of new online communication methods.

Presentations

The conference took place at a conference center. Our presentations were simultaneously translated. Professor Tanaka spoke to us directly from Japan. Paulina Zajączkowska and Marcin Wikira from Greenland Technologia EM talked about the applications of EM in agriculture, food processing with EM, and water purification. I talked about easy home composting, and I must admit I was nervous before my first presentation in English. However, it turned out to be easier than I thought.

Jun Matsumoto presented the EMRO organization, its history, and social projects. I’m following with interest the development of Universal Village in Okinawa. It’s an ambitious project to build a settlement based on EM technology in all its aspects. The biogas plant, currently under construction, is expected to provide both fertilizer for crops and gas for generating enough electricity to make the settlement self-sufficient in terms of electrical energy. Its opening is planned for 2025.

Inspirations

I really enjoyed the Q&A sessions. There were very interesting questions from the audience, and each of us answered from our own perspective, which was incredibly inspiring for me. This is a formula worth remembering.

There were stands with EM products in front of the conference hall, which attracted a lot of interest. Michaela and her husband, Ahmed, could hardly keep up with the demand. People took products, leaving their details for invoicing, with the option of payment later. It was very impressive to see the trust between the organizers and the participants, showing that people are willing to financially support such events, as the conference was paid

Prospects

I am convinced that this conference will result in further collaboration among participants, both from Poland and the Czech Republic. I am particularly pleased that Michaela was inspired by my book when creating her materials on YouTube. We return from the conference very satisfied and hopeful for future cooperation.
